1. Ask your team:
   • What could prevent us to go live?
   • What could blow up and give us unplanned work?
2. Treat them as real risks!
3. Make them 0% or 100% asap—don't leave risks at 30% forever.
4. Manage risks yourself or it will makes you look stupid.
