The ability to discern the truth from falsehood, good people from bad, and right from the wrong, is a trait that's cultivated over time. Discernment is developed through trial and error. Discernment is the result of deepening your awareness through the practice of silent skills such as breath control, contemplation, and meditation.

A unique trait is an uncanny sense of awareness that extends to awareness of:

  • thoughts and emotions from:
    • Personal
    • Teammate
    • Enemy
  • The surrounding environment
  • Natural laws; and
  • principles guiding human behavior
