Send out a warm-up that reads:
- During the two weeks prior to the training,
- Find a person who knows a lot about this topic.
- Conduct a short interview in which you ask this person:
- what he or she knows,
- what is important to learn, and
- some questions that you need to ask during the training.
- Write a short summary of your interview and be ready to present your summary during the training.
