Life is a broccoli
- everything is fractal, has levels of scale, is a holon;
- Håkan Forss says Kanban has three kata:
- daily standup provokes local kaizen or improvements;
- operations review every four weeks provokes inter workflow, inter Kanban system, improvements;
- relationship between the superior and the subordinate, the first line management and the second tier manager where the more senior one is coaching the less senior one; (master, journeyman, apprentice?)
To understand the world we are living in and make changes to improve it ask key questions like:
- How well is our system operating?
"Do we have the right policies?
- Are we gathering the right metrics?
- Are we visualizing the right things?"
